Our house, at rue de la Mayade, is a small stone dwelling built some time between 1600 and 1700 AD. It is located in the historic village of Sigoulès, 16 kilometres south of Bergerac in the heart of the Dordogne wine country.

The house consists of a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. It is fully equipped for 2 people to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing time.

Linen, bedding, iron and ironing board, fridge/freezer, microwave and gas oven, washing machine and dryer are included in the fittings.

At this stage, the house is not equipped with telephone, internet or television, thus allowing you to fully immerse yourself in French life and culture.

Your own transport is necessary, as public transport is not connected to the village. However, Sigoulès is just a short drive from both the Bergerac airport and train station where car hire facilities are readily available.
